1. Survey site
The production of sand and gravel should be close, subject to the constraints of resources and transportation conditions. In addition to the safety scope of mine blasting, combined with the transportation cost of raw materials and finished products, the production line will be built nearby. The survey targets are mainly the geographical location of the sand field and the available resources, and there is a general plan for the location of the production line.
2, design sand production process
The sand making process is designed to be three-stage crushing, that is, primary crushing, medium crushing, and fine crushing.
The granite ore is transported to the unloading platform of the crushing workshop, and the granite with the particle size less than 800 mm is transported by the vibrating feeder with the screening device; the granite less than 150 mm falls directly onto the belt conveyor and enters the primary storage yard; the material larger than 150 mm After the first crushing of the jaw crusher, the broken material is also sent to the primary yard. After pre-screening through vibrating screen, the material less than 31.5 mm is directly sieved out, and the material with the particle size larger than 31.5 mm enters the middle crush of the impact crusher. After the crushing and screening, the material above 31.5 mm enters the crusher further finely. After crushing, they enter the three-layer circular vibrating screen and are screened into three sizes of granite sandstone aggregates of 0 to 5 mm, 5 to 13 mm and 13 to 31.5 mm.
The equipment used in the first crushing is a jaw crusher, and the equipment used in the crushing is the impact crusher and the impact crusher, and the three crushers and the screening workshop together form a closed loop production process.
3, finished product storage
The three granite grit aggregates with different particle sizes after passing through the crushing and screening are respectively transported into three 2500 t round banks through belts.
