Feature & Working Principle:
1. This vibro screen is mainly composed of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator and damping spring. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box, and driven by the motor through the coupling to rotate, generating centrifugal inertia force, forcing the screen box to vibration.
2. According to material varieties and users’ requirements, high manganese steel textile screen, punching screen plate and rubber screen plate can be used.
3. There are two kinds of screen plates: single and double layers. All kinds of screen plates can meet the requirements of high screening efficiency, long life and no blocking of holes.
4. The screen machine is mounted in a pedestal type. The angle adjustment of shaker screen can be achieved by changing the height of the spring support position.
5. The motor can be installed on the left side of the screen frame, or on the right side of the screen frame. If there is no special requirement, the manufacturer can supply the motor according to the right side of the material movement direction.
