Introduction:

PL(NE)-type  manufactured by our factory is composed of the moving part (hopper and traction chain), the upper section with driving sprocket, the lower section with tension wheel, the intermediate housing, the driving device, and the reverse braking device and so on.

The hopper of this bucket elevator is discontinuous arrangement, which is used for loading by “drawing method” and unloading by “centrifugal feeding method”.

The traction structure of the bucket elevator is two ring chains, so it is also chain drive bucket elevator or .

manufacturing and installation methods:

According to different requirements, the chain  has the following different manufacturing and installation methods:

1. According to the shape of hopper, it is divided into two types

S method — with deep garden bottom hopper

Q method — with shallow garden bottom hopper

2. There are two types of discharge ports in the upper section

X1 method — discharge port with inclined flange

X2 method — discharge port with horizontal flange

3. According to the lower section of the form of the feed port, it is divided into two

J1 method — the inclined plane of the feed inlet forms a 45 Angle with the horizontal plane

J2 method — the inclined plane of the feed inlet forms a 60 Angle with the horizontal plane

4. According to the position of the side inspection door in the middle housing, it is divided into four types

K1 method — middle housing side with lower left inspection door

K2 method — middle housing side with lower right inspection door

K3 process – middle housing side with upper left inspection door

K4 process – middle housing side with upper right inspection door

5. According to the position of the inspection door on the end face of the middle housing, it is divided into two types

Z1 method — middle housing end face with bottom inspection door

Z2 method — middle housing end face with upper inspection door

6. According to the transmission of the relative position of the elevator, it is divided into two

Left – the drive is on the left

Right – the drive is on the right
