Application scope and precautions of vibration motor

The vibration motor produced by jinte is an excitation source that combines a power source and a vibration source. Its excitation force can be adjusted steplessly, so it is very convenient to use. Vibration motors have the advantages of high utilization of excitation force, low energy consumption, low noise, long life, stepless adjustment of excitation force, and easy use. They are widely used in hydropower construction, thermal power generation, construction, building materials, chemicals, coal, Metallurgy, light industry foundry and other industrial sectors.

The vibration motor is destructive to the equipment, and the vibration motor is also a fragile device. When used incorrectly, not only the life of the motor will be shortened, but also the mechanical equipment being dragged will cause great damage. Therefore, when using the vibration motor, be sure to use it. Use it strictly in accordance with the operating instructions of the vibration motor, increase the number and intensity of inspections, and deal with it in time after discovering the hidden danger of the accident.

Precautions:

1. The outgoing cable of a vibrating motor is subject to vibration. Therefore, a more flexible cable is used as the motor lead. Generally, the motor lead is easy to be broken or worn out at the root of the motor. Reconnect.

2. The bearings of the vibration motor should be heavy-duty bearings, which can bear a certain axial load. The bearing life is not affected by the axial load regardless of the installation direction. When disassembling the bearing, record the position of the eccentric block and the percentage of the exciting force. After replacing the bearing, check that the shaft of the motor should have a certain axial series motion. Do not install the eccentric block empty test motor. Record the reset eccentric block.

3. The protective cover of the eccentric block should be sealed well to prevent dust from entering the inside and affecting the operation of the motor.
