Calculation method of crushing ratio or degree of crushing


1. Ratio of the maximum particle size of the material before crushing to the maximum particle size of the product after crushing

i=Dmax/dmax      (Dmax—-Maximum particle size of the material before crushing,  dmax—-maximum particle size of the product after crushing)

2. Ratio of effective width of the feed port of the crusher to the width of the discharge opening

i=0.85B/b       (B—–Crusher feed port width,  b—–Crusher discharge opening width,   0.85—-Ensure that the crusher bites the effective width of the material.)

 The value of the width of the discharge opening: the coarse discharge machine takes the maximum discharge opening width; the middle crusher takes the minimum discharge opening width.

3.  i=Dcp/dcp 

(Dcp—the average diameter of the material before crushing;   dcp—the average diameter of the material after crushing)
