Common troubleshooting methods for drum screens

1. Noise problems caused by loose equipment bolts

Solution: Retighten the bolts or other fasteners;

2. The rotation direction caused by the wrong connection of the motor power cable is wrong.

Solution: Replace the power cable in the junction box;

3, the motor is overloaded or the delivery volume is too large, the click start delay problem

Solution: readjust the delivery volume;

4. Insufficient ventilation or lack of lubricant in the cabinet causes the gearbox to heat up.

Solution: Check and adjust the vent heat dissipation and add lubricant;

5, motor heating problem

Solution:

(1) cleaning the heat sink of the motor;

(2) Check if the fan impeller is working properly to ensure smooth air circulation;

(3) reduce the load;

(4) fastening connection;

(5) Re-wire after inspection.

6. The screen hole is blocked and the drum screen cannot be operated normally.

Solution: Clean up the trash plugged in the screen and reduce the blockage.
