Key Structural Components

• Intermediate frames & support legs: White-painted steel truss frames, evenly spaced along the tunnel, offering high rigidity and a compact footprint that suits narrow gallery installations.
• Idler system: Carrying side uses troughed (troughing) idler sets to support the belt; the return side is fitted with rubber disc return idlers (the black, disc-roll rollers), which provide self-aligning capability, cushioning, and lower running resistance while reducing belt wear.
• Drive units: Drive packages (visible as red motor/gearbox units) are spaced along the line, enabling long-haul conveying and supporting multi-drive configurations.
• Transfer & loading stations: Box-type loading chutes and discharge units (the white box-shaped modules) are installed at intervals to handle material receiving and transfer points.
• Suspension & fastening: Hanging brackets, chains and tensioning hardware at the tunnel ceiling are used to suspend, align and tension the frame and belt line.
