The roller sieve operates reliably and requires little maintenance. The following points are briefly described during operation

1. The drum sieve must be turned on before driving, and then the feeding equipment should be turned on; when the car is stopped, the feeding equipment should be turned off before the drum sieve is turned off;

2. Three days before the operation, inspect the roller screen fasteners every day, and tighten them if they are loose. In the future, the roller screen fasteners can be inspected and treated regularly (weekly or half a month);

3. The bearing seat and gearbox should be regularly checked for lubrication and refueled and changed in time. Big shaft bearings use No. 2 lithium-based grease. Under normal circumstances, refill the grease once every two months. The amount of replenishment should not be too much, otherwise the bearing may be overheated. Bearings should be cleaned and inspected every year.

4. Shake the insulation of the motor when restarting the equipment for a long period of inactivity (more than 30 days) to avoid motor burnout.
