3. Reasonable screen material and structure should be selected to suit the working conditions.
4. Determination of the size of the mesh. When the screening device is used for fine particle screening, the size of the sieve is 2 to 2.2 times of the separation particle size, and the maximum is not more than 3 times. When the screening device is used for screening coarse materials, the mesh size is 1.05 times the separation particle size.
