Vibrating Feeder:

Vibrating feeder is common feeder equipment in various production enterprises, and form production lines in conjunction with other machinery and equipment. Belt conveyor:

In addition to rubber belts, belt conveyor currently have conveyor belts of other materials. The belt conveyor is tensioned by a driving device, and the middle frame and the idler constitute a conveyor belt as a traction and bearing member for continuously conveying the scattered material or the finished product. A non-return device is installed to prevent the belt from being reversed when the belt conveyor is stopped, so as to prevent the material from being pressed against the belt conveyor and causing an accident.

Both the vibrating feeder and the belt conveyor has simple structure, stable nature, good continuous performance and adjustable excitation force, easy to change, control flow at any time and operate. Eccentric block is excitation source, low noise, low power consumption. However, in comparison, the vibrating feeder can not only transport the material but also feed, and the sealing property is good during the conveying process, which can reduce the flying of materials during the conveying process.

The vibrating feeder is mostly a feeding device for the belt conveyor.
