The exciting force of the electromagnetic exciter is greatly affected by the voltage. When the voltage changes, the exciting force will change. In the vibrating screen, it is suitable for the fixed screening-species type screening machine.

There are many changes in the vibration motor compared to the vibration exciter. First, the frequency of the vibration is no longer fixed. It can be adjusted by the built-in eccentric block. Its frequency range is large. The vibrating screen using the vibration motor can adapt to screening requirements for various materials. Because the vibration motor is a strong resistance type vibration rather than resonance, it is less affected by the power supply, has a relatively stable amplitude, and is stable in operation. The vibration motor is also relatively small in size, light in weight, and relatively easy to use and maintain. It is easier to complete a certain operation in a multi-machine combination, so the vibrating screen produced in modern times often uses a vibrating motor as a vibration source.
