Introduction:

ZSG series mining heavy vibrating screen is a new and efficient screening equipment developed by our company, driven by external drive or natural vibration source by vibration motor or ordinary motor. The screen body makes periodic reciprocating vibration along the direction of excitation force, and the material moves in a parabola along the straight line on the screen surface, so as to achieve the purpose of screening. Blast furnace trough, coking plant, concentrator commonly can use this screening machine.

Construction:

ZSG series vibrating screen, also called large-scale mining separator, is composed of vibration source, sieve body, sieve mesh, vibration damping device and bottom drag. The side plate of the sieve machine is made of high quality steel plate, and the side plate is connected with beam and vibrator bottom base by high strength bolt or ring groove rivet, which is reasonable in structure and durable.
