Introduction:
YK series circular vibrating screen is a product developed by our factory according to the needs of customers and absorbing the advanced technology in China. Its vibration parameters are similar to those of the screen machine produced by KHD company in Germany. This series of screen box movement track is circular
Working principle and structure:
1. This series of screen is mainly composed of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator and damping spring. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box, and driven by the motor through the coupling to rotate, generating centrifugal inertia force, forcing the screen box to vibration.
2. According to material varieties and user requirements, high manganese steel textile screen, punching screen plate and rubber screen plate can be used.
3. There are two kinds of screen plates: single and double layers. All kinds of screen plates can meet the requirements of high screening efficiency, long life and no blocking of holes.
4. This series of screen machine is mounted in a pedestal type. Screen surface Angle adjustment can be achieved by changing the height of the spring support position.
5. The motor can be installed on the left side of the screen frame, or on the right side of the screen frame. If there is no special requirement, the manufacturer can supply the motor according to the right side of the material movement direction.

Use & Maintenance:
1. Vibrating screen should be started when there is no material on the screen surface, try to avoid starting with material, the screen machine can only feed after smooth operation. Stop feeding before stopping the machine. Stop the machine after the screen surface material is eliminated.
2. In the process of work should often observe the operation of the screen machine, such as found that the movement is abnormal or abnormal sound, should be promptly shut down for inspection, find out the reason, troubleshooting.
3. The vibrator bearing is lubricated with no. 2 lithium grease. Under normal conditions, grease should be lubricated every two months. After the vibrator has been in use for 6 months, check the grease condition. If dry or hard, clean and replace the grease, and clean and check the bearing once a year.
